THOUGHTS, DOTTLES, & OPINIONS
I'll start with the Chronicles of Narnia. The first two were amazing. I loved them to death, and watched them at least three times a week when my family bought them on DVD. The soundtrack, the changes in plot, the acting, the characters... It was all fantastic.
"He was all like 'I am Prince Capsian'. And I was all like 'Eeee!'. True story." ;)
But when Disney dropped Narnia, the clouds darkened. Possibly literally. Twentieth Century Fox picked it back up, and while it's a great movie producer (The Lord of the Rings being pure proof of that), it did NOT do Narnia justice. Ok, so The Voyage of the Dawn Treader was good, but it wasn't AS good. I think that it would have been a much better movie if Harry Gregson-Williams would have done the soundtrack. But, no, this retard named David Arnold had to. He totally butchered the Narnianess of Narinia. There was no Narnia theme in any of the music that he composed for the movie.
Don't get me wrong, it was good music. It just wasn't Narnian.
All in all, the third Narnian movie was a 4 out of 5. It was a sad day.
Lord of the Rings will probably always be my favorite movie series. Ever. Even with the Hunger Games trilogy coming out, LOTR has my heart in the palm of its hand.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Come back soon! :)
